- Type of board (Plain Finished, Plain Unfinished, Stained (Light, Dark or Custom), Stenciled/Printed (attach image)
- Requested Delivery Date (optional)
- Any special instructions
- All orders require payment up front. Payment instructions will be sent in order confirmation email.
- All Images for Stencil and Direct Print orders will require our approval before production is started.
- All orders with a Requested Delivery date will require our approval before production is started.
